At FELIWAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original FELIWAY box and include all original tags and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
